"Venice. Old Meets New" While watching a gondola traffic jam, I was thinking about the 1,000 year old design of the gondola's, and of the outfits worn by the gondoliers. It all seemed incongrous with texting on the cell phone. Meet Giamba on the cell phone, his family have been goldoliers for many generations.
