Robert's wife had destroyed her favorite ring. Honestly it looked like she ran a car over it, and the center sapphire was gone. Robert secretly sent the damaged ring to me to repair and replace the lost sapphire.
Aside from being thrilled that Robert and his wife are so happy with the work, I get a smile thinking about Robert telling me that he keeps seeing his wife sneak peeks at the ring which is now back on her hand.
