Tanzania: Both the artist and the art captivated me. Very thin wood carved, fitted together and on fabric. The dark, sultry, peaceful colors show two giraffs and a zebra. Back in NY, I found this frame which perfectly sets off the art. These would work beautifully for adults or children. Surrounding yourself with art is good for the soul. As a gift for a child, this will be even more cherished as they go through life - it will remain with them long after toys and electronics are disgarded. 13.25" x 16.5" frame surrounding, but very much a part of the actual woodwork which is 8" x 11.5"
